1. Where We Ship

2. Processing Time

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same day.


3. Delivery Timeframes

United States

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

Australia, UK, Canada, Ireland, France, Spain, Germany

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

Note: Delays may occur during peak periods or due to customs processing in international destinations.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Always Free: We offer 100% free standard shipping on all orders — no minimums, no hidden fees.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

  • You can monitor your order status in real-time via our website or directly with the courier.

Carriers are chosen based on destination, speed, and package size.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have shipped. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at support@pbnhaul.com.


7. Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

  • Wait 24 hours

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Then contact the carrier directly and email us — we’ll help however we can

Note: PBN Haul is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after delivery is confirmed, but we’re happy to assist in resolving the issue.


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they haven't shipped.

  • After dispatch, cancellations aren’t possible — please refer to our Return & Refund Policy if needed.
