How to Return a Product

  3. Ship Your Return: Follow the return instructions. You’ll receive the proper return address once your request is approved.


Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. This includes manufacturing defects or shipping errors.

  • Process: Send us photos (if applicable) to speed up resolution. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Return Address: Provided by our support team once your return is authorized.


Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed within the 60-day return period for items in resalable condition with original packaging intact.

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Preference-Based Returns (e.g., minor cosmetic flaws or slight color variation)


Important Notes

  • Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the delivery date as verified by the shipping carrier.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, a restocking/reshipping fee may apply.

  • Minor transit damage (e.g., small canvas dents) does not qualify as a defect. If damage is severe, we’ll send a free replacement canvas.


Warranty

We offer a 60-day warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship.

  • Proof of Purchase: You’ll need to provide your original order confirmation email.

  • Proper Use Only: Warranty only applies to products used as intended.


Warranty Exclusions
